    So we’re almost a month into 2020. What’s up with those goals you set for yourself on January 1? You sticking with them? ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Each January, you see and hear about everyone’s resolutions. Everywhere. You. Look. But come, say, March, are you hearing about these resolutions anymore? Are you seeing updates? Most likely, the answer is no. No one is telling us about their achievements or struggles, no one is asking us about our progress… so it is really, really easy to forget about these goals and fall off the wagon.
