    Starting my 2020 goal off at Sweat Method. was a no-brainer. The owners, Justin & Halle, were previously head coaches at Orange Theory Fitness. Justin was one of my favorite coaches there, and Halle was my friend’s favorite coach at another OTF studio in Charlotte.
